This PR adds a new label that is displayed below the Gauge

Changes

new Additional Info config
display Additional Info below the Gauge based on the configuration

Other changes

refactor the component using useMemo and useEffect for better performance and cleaner code
display "This visualization is not supported" message on Line Pod, because throwing an Exception crashes the dashboard
move some code to utils
